Our client is a worldwide and established manufacturer with over 4000 employees. Due to an increase in business a new position is now available for a Customer Services Administrator.

The Position:
We’re looking for a Customer Services Administrator, reporting into the Customer Services Manager. Interacting with many functions within the business, the main focus of the role is managing the customer needs from initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product.
The salary offered is in the region of £20,860

  • 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday with flexible working available
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 Statutory Bank Holidays This will increase to 26 days after 5 years’ service
  • Pension 5% contribution
  • Death in Service benefit 4* salary


  • Be customer focused at all times
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of using ERP systems would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Candidates who are qualified to degree level or equivalent can also be considered for this position


  • Receive and enter customer orders onto the MRP system
  • Keep client informed with the progress of orders and take appropriate action to maximise punctuality
  • Mange all order amendments and communicate to all parties involved
  • Working with Planning and Sales to determine inventory management plans for customers
  • Effectively escalate issues to Supervisor and Senior Management when appropriate
