Job Description of a Customer Services Manager
The day-to-day responsibilities will be to coach and develop a small team, manage any escalated issues and act as a point of contact for customers when required.
The team will be processing orders in a timely fashion, while ensuring that stock availability and targets are met so attention to detail and be able to mentor effectively is going to be critical.
The Manager will have regular contact with fright forwarders, handling the movement of goods worldwide and keeping in contact with customers with the delivery of their order.
Skills & experience of a Customer Services Manager
The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience of working in a similar role, have a flexible attitude to work and be able to work hands on when the team needs it.
Previous exposure to mentoring a team and effectively coaching daily will be essential. A driven and motivated attitude will be a good fit to this business as they are going through substantial growth.
