Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer Role – Circa will be £32,000 PLUS OVERTIME

Location: Dalbeattie
Shifts: 3 Shift Pattern (Earlies, Lates and Nights)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful company, who is a leading manufacturer and a specialist within their niche who are looking for an experienced Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer. The company have a low turnover and offer a fantastic benefits package.

The Position:

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer, who is Electrically Biased to fulfill a permanent position. This position requires experience of working within a Manufacturing industry, to work a three shift pattern and have the flexibility to work on call.

Skills & Requirements of a Maintenance Engineer:  

Time Served – Apprenticeship

16^th/17^th/18^th Edition

PLC System Experience

To have had experience working in a high demanding and busy environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop the PPM schedule
• Repairing Mechanical, Pneumatic and Electromechanical Machinery.
• To drive KPI’s and success within the maintenance department
• Undertaking a variety of preventative and reactive maintenance duties.
• Hands on approach to trouble shooting and conducting the root cause analysis
• Rectification of PLC’s and fault finding
