Shifts: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a hands on Maintenance Engineer, who is Electrically Biased to fulfill a permanent position to report into the Maintenance Manager daily. This position requires experience of working within a Manufacturing industry, Chemical be desired but not essential.
Skills & Requirements of a Maintenance Engineer:
Pneumatics and pumps experience
Time Served – Apprenticeship
Providing planned maintenance activities within a fast paced, high volume environment.
Repairing and maintaining a host of machinery.
To showcase a high degree of multi-skilling and be comfortable delivering mechanical duties.
To systematically establish the cause of failure in equipment.
To identify root causes wherever possible and communicate with relevant personnel.
Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed.
Completing the actions arising from root causes.
There will also be an on-call element to this role.
Maintain and develop the PPM schedule
To drive KPI’s and success within the maintenance department
Hands on approach to trouble shooting and conducting the root cause analysis
Rectification of PLC’s and fault finding
